| If there is any defect on your item
without physical damaged, you may return the item within 30 days
of delivery for a replacement, unless the physical damage is due
to the shipment, in which case, you should contact
us immediately (no later than 5 days of delivery) .
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive
it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not
being exchanged and are not damaged.
Again you MUST contact us within 5 days if you intend to return
ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will
NOT be refunded.
If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have
to bill you for shipping.
Note:
- We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items.
- Our website if FULLY automated and all orders go directly
to the warehouse for packaging and shipping.
- Our shipping rates apply to the U.S. and not to Canada. Canadian
orders will assessed a nominal shipping fee usually about $19-25
to ship to Canada.

BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting
us will NOT get to their intended destination.
